The real problem
Most homeowners blame themselves for the clutter. They declutter again. They buy more bins. They pin an IKEA system they never quite get around to building. And a few months later, the same mess is back.
It comes back because the layout is the problem. A single rod and one high shelf technically store your clothes, but they leave the top foot of the wall empty, the floor a pile of shoes, and the corners doing nothing at all. In a city where square footage costs what it does here, that's expensive space you're already paying for and can't use.

How we do it
Prefab systems ask your home to fit their sizes. We start with your measurements, your belongings and your routine, then build to fit what's actually there.
Wall height, depth, door swing, lighting, corners, and the storage potential hiding in all of it.
What you actually store and how you reach for it — daily clothes, shoes, linens, gear, seasonal.
We draw your room with zones for hanging, folding, drawers, shoes and hampers, so you can see it before it exists.
Change anything you want. Nothing gets built and no price moves until you've signed off on the design.
Manufactured in our own shop to your room's real dimensions. No filler panels, no leftover gaps.
Your home protected, the system installed to look built-in, then a final walkthrough together before we leave.
Before anything is built
Your designer draws the space as it will actually be built — rod heights, drawer banks, shoe shelves, the lot. You look at it, tell us what to change, and we redraw it.
The quote is attached to that approved drawing. It doesn't move after the fact, and nothing goes into production until you say so. It's the difference between hoping a closet works out and knowing what you're getting.
Materials, hardware and finishes
Fit is what makes a closet work. Finish is what makes it belong. You choose from our full wood colour and hardware libraries at the design stage — door styles, pulls, drawer inserts, glass fronts and lighting.
Warm woods, whites and glass fronts, matched to the cabinetry, trim and flooring already in your home.
Shaker or flat fronts, drawer banks, and pulls in brass, silver, copper or clear.
Hooks, racks and wall panels that get tools, hoses, bikes and sports gear off the floor.
More than closets
Most clients start with one closet and end up fixing the two or three spaces that were quietly driving them crazy.

Before you book
It depends on the size of the space, the layout, and the finishes — a reach-in and a full walk-in are very different projects. At the consultation we'll walk you through options at more than one budget level and tell you where the money makes a real difference and where it doesn't. Your quote is tied to the 3D design you approve, so it doesn't creep once the work starts.
It's free, and there's no obligation. We come out, measure, talk through how you use the space, and show you what's possible. If the timing isn't right, that's a completely fine outcome.
Small closets are often where custom design pays off most, because there's no room to waste. Reach-ins, condo closets and hallway nooks are some of our most satisfying projects.
Sometimes, yes — and we'll say so if it's true for your room. Prefab works best on a long, straight, standard-height wall. It struggles with odd corners, sloped ceilings, non-standard depths and anything you want to look built-in.
Consultation, then design and approval, then manufacturing, then installation. Most installs are done in a day or two once the system is built. We'll give you real dates at the design stage, not vague ranges.
We protect floors and surfaces, work in the one room, and clean up when we're finished. You'll want the space emptied before we arrive — we'll tell you exactly what to prep.
No. Most people don't. Bring the frustration and a rough sense of your budget; the designer brings the layout ideas, finishes and hardware options.
That's the point of custom. Finishes, hardware, colour and proportion are chosen to sit with what's already in the house so the system reads as built-in, not added on.
Buyers notice storage, and a built-in system presents better than wire shelving in a listing photo. But we'd rather you do it for the four or five years you're still living there — the daily payoff is the real return, and the resale bump is a bonus on top.
